1/3 cup whole milk

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces evaporated milk
1 cup whole milk

2 cups whipped cream

Instructions
Prepare the Cake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×9-inch baking pan. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, alternating with the whole milk.
