2. Assemble the Wraps
Lay a large flour tortilla flat on your work surface. Spoon about ½ cup of the chicken and cheese mixture into the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides tightly, then roll the tortilla from one end to the other, forming a compact wrap. Repeat this for all tortillas and filling.
3. Make the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan or skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and dried parsley, cooking for 1–2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Season the garlic butter with a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Cook the Wraps
Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Brush the garlic butter generously over each wrap, making sure to coat all sides. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning carefully until all sides are golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve
Remove the wraps from heat and let them rest for a minute or two. Slice in half diagonally and serve warm. These wraps go great with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dipping sauce.
