Ingredients:
1 handful of fresh guava leaves (or 2 tbsp dried guava leaves)
2 cups of water
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 slice of ginger (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
Rinse guava leaves thoroughly to remove dirt or residue.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add the guava leaves (and ginger, if using), then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
