For a quick and simple summer supper, try these foil packets of garlic steak and potatoes. They are quite flavorful when cooked, with a lot of butter and garlic.
For an easy meal whether you’re at home or on the go, cook them in the oven, over a campfire, or grill.
What You Need:
Trim and chop 2 pounds of lean sirloin steak into 2-inch pieces.
One pound of young yellow potatoes, cut in half or quarters as desired
Use 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, or more or less according to your preference.
For the Italian spice, you may use 2 tablespoons, but you can also use a combination of dried oregano, thyme, and parsley.
