I can’t stop eating this cabbage, carrot and apple salad. So fresh and crunchy!

Ingredients:
200 to 400 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced (about 4 to 8 cups)
1 carrot, grated
1 green apple, thinly sliced
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
Chopped dill or parsley (optional)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
