Ingredients:
1 cup baby spinach (rich in chlorophyll for liver detox)

½ cup grated red beet (cleanses and supports bile flow)

1 small avocado, sliced (healthy fats for liver function)

1 small grapefruit, peeled and segmented (vitamin C + enzymes)

¼ cup red cabbage, finely shredded (cruciferous veggie = liver love)

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (zinc and antioxidants)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (natural diuretic and detox aid)
