Instructions:
Rinse fresh leaves (if using) to remove surface dirt.
Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
Add the guava leaves and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
Strain and let it cool slightly.
Drink 1 cup before meals once or twice daily.
