Quick & Healthy 5-Minute Oat Pancakes (No Sugar, No Flour)

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Cooking oil or spray (for greasing the pan)
