The best tea in the morning and after dinners: Garlic 🧄, turmeric, onion 🧅, ginger 🫚, cinnamon, and guava leaves 🍃

1 small cinnamon stick (or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)

4–5 guava leaves (fresh or dried, rinsed)

3 cups water

Optional Add-ins:

1 teaspoon honey (added after steeping, for taste)

1 teaspoon lemon juice for a refreshing finish

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a small pot with water.

Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes.

Strain into a mug. Add honey or lemon if desired.

Sip warm, ideally 30 minutes after a meal or first thing in the morning.
