Walnut leaf tea (Juglans regia)

Skin Support
Externally, the infusion can be used as a skin wash for acne, eczema, psoriasis, or excessive sweating. It has antiseptic properties and accelerates wound healing. It can also be used as a hair rinse to strengthen hair and combat dandruff.

Antioxidant Properties
Walnut leaves are rich in antioxidants, such as polyphenols, which protect the body from oxidative stress and may support the immune system.

Blood Sugar Regulation
Some studies suggest that walnut leaf infusion may help regulate blood glucose levels, which may be beneficial for people with insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes (consult a doctor before using). Antiparasitic properties
Traditionally, a walnut leaf infusion was used to treat intestinal parasites such as pinworms and tapeworms, thanks to the juglone it contains.
1.) Preparation:
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of dried walnut leaves into a cup of boiling water (approx. 200 ml). Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
